Colorful Winged Eyes for Summer

I still haven’t gotten over the super-saturated winged eyes from last Summer! While these are hard to carry off in real life and I’m not necessarily recommending you apply your eye shadow like this to school tomorrow, we can still adapt them a bit and maybe just stick with a soft wash of stronger color than we normally wear.
Strong colors look good on deeper skins, but the effect is slightly different. Many will come off as highlights instead, which can look really nice. Just make sure you add some definition back to your lash line with deeper shades, liners, and mascara.
